Process

The S4PL Process is an evolving map of the journey the Space for Personalised Learning team is taking with its ten pilot projects.


It aims to provide a wider reaching legacy than that of ten example schools: by providing others within the industry with the information they need to create their own spaces for personalised learning.

Designed with learner centred innovation in mind, the process can be used within a wide range of educational capital project, from primary to secondary, from devolved formula to Building Schools for the Future.

Stages in the process
The process is broken down into a set of distinct stages. These are:

  1. Project Initiation
  2. Baseline
  3. Concept Brief Part 1
  4. Concept Brief Part 2
  5. Detailed Design and Implementation
  6. Change Management and Evaluation
